I am a people watcher. I watch people. Chances are I'm watching you right now. Hi. I'm not a pervert or anything...I just really enjoy your face. What is that you're wearing? It's nice. You look fantastic. This is a great Starbucks to indulge voyeuristic behaviors of the legal kind. I recently quit caffeine...so I'm only drinking decaf iced Americanos. Listen, I may have quit, but I'm not a frigging heathen. If I don't get my Americano, rest assured Woolworth the live-in butler will taste the back of my hand when I return home. So the coffee and service is excellent. It's Starbucks- you pretty much know what you're getting. There is a great seating area out in the courtyard where you can relax, pop a laptop and compose your Yelp review. People will think you're a script writer or something which is a total lady-slayer. Criticism: They do tend to run out of milk on a regular basis, which is troubling (and an Americano without milk is like a Mercedes without heated seats, amiright fellow a-holes?!). But the people watching is GREAT. Millionaire businessmen rubbing elbows with Florida's version of hipsters standing next to a lady who looks legitimately homeless (points for spending your panhandling money on a nonfat half-caf soy latte, madam). My favorite are the used-up trophy wife divorcees with huge fake boobs, leather skin and wardrobes that costs more than Woolworth's annual salary. Have you ever seen a sixty five year old woman with the boobs of a 20 year old? It's exciting, confusing...a little disturbing, but undeniably intriguing. If I was single I'd buy them all a delicious Starbucks decaf iced Americano and see where things go.

This is a pretty busy Starbucks. If you are planning on working quietly without distractions, this is NOT the right Starbucks for you! The Clematis location is better. However, if you are looking to run into friends, acquaintances, and random friendly (sometimes too friendly) people, this is your spot!

Speedy service, friendly staff. The store is clean and organized as it should be. Grande dark roast is my favorite. On the iced side of things, try the caramel macchiato.

With all the new drinks food. This store is still one of the best. All the staff are friendly no matter the length of the line or time of day.

Busy Starbucks in City Place. The barista actually spelled my name right. (I was starting to think they were doing it wrong on purpose to screw with me.) Got a hot green tea latte which is my go-to beverage. Sat outside with my laptop, no problems with the wi-fi. I didn't see anyone come out to wipe down the outside tables. Would've been nice since the tables were getting kind of gross, but they were really busy so maybe they're more on top of it on slower days.

Usual Starbucks experience. Neither good nor bad. Since it's in a tourist location there is usually a huge line so I generally use the app to order to save time. In a good location

Great location! This is a perfect spot to grab a coffee on the run. The drive thru is a little odd, but the workers are good and the service is quick.

CLOVER MACHINE AT THIS LOCATION! You'll be surprised at the purity of taste generated by this unique, and expensive ($11,500) coffee machine. It's truly worth the trip and I know - I live a block away from the Worth Ave store but there's no CLOVER MACHINE ! Only downside is the service can be slow. Why is a staff member stocking the condiment bar when the line is. 9 deep and the counter is JAMMED ? I don't know but hand me the sugar and Splenda and I will stock it as long as you get my GRANDE CLOVER FRENCH ROAST DOUBLE CUP ! Did I give myself away ???

I like this location, however, average age is typically 50+. I saw an elderly gentleman with his nurse hanging out outside. Although, next store at there several college aged people. Could have been the time of day... Nice service and very nice location with good seating available inside.

I fought the traffic and parking in this outdoor "lifestyle center" mall just to get to this Starbucks, for two reasons: Reserve coffee, and a Clover brewing machine. Very few Starbucks carry the reserve coffees -- limited-time, small-batch blends. Even fewer have a Clover machine, which brews coffee by the cup in a manner similar to a home French press. I know of maybe three Clovers in all of Florida. If you like coffee, a Clover-brewed coffee is an absolute must. Now that I know this is here, it will be a regular stop either on my way to, or back from, South Florida.

Alright the person at the counter was what made this place get two stars. He was kind of an idiot. I asked him "can I have a large cup of coffee and a vanilla flavor shot?" He turned around, grabbed the cup, and said "Wait. What do you want?" I told him again, "lager coffee, vanilla flavor shot." He went over to the flavorings and questioned again, "caramel?"... I wanted to smash his head off the counter. Then I told him to leave some room so I can put some milk in it. After he handed me my coffee, I went over to the sugar/milk station and took off my lid. It was filled to the top with hot coffee. Kid defiantly shouldnt been in the service business. The only thing that save this place from getting a one star was its location. You can sit outside all day and just people watch the people that walk by in the City Place.

Shopping at Cityplace would not be the same without a Starbucks beverage in hand. Every shopping trip includes our ritual stop-by at the Cityplace Starbucks. The service here is very friendly and we're always in a great mood too because, after all, we're in beautiful Florida! The indoor tables are often available but we grab our caramel macchiatos, lattes, or teas to go... there are things to buy, shops to be seen...

While you are at Cityplace and you are in the mood for some Starbucks, this cute joint is located right in the middle of it. There are quite a bit of indoor and outdoor tables. I have seen a lot of students here doing homework. Ah, I don't miss those days ;) My coffee came quick. I ordered a white chocolate mocha and I had it in my hand in less than a minute. Now, that's what I call service! When you wanna just kill time and bs with the ones that you were with, it's the perfect place to stop at to get your caffeine and talk on.

Love this location except if you wanted to park in front you would not be able to. this is the Starbucks you go to hang out, enjoy your coffee, meet a friend and stay a while etc. They have some great indoor and outdoor seating. The space is intimate inside and al aire outside. It's in a courtyard breeze way so it's a fun place to people watch. And the coffee is what it normally is, yummy.

I genuinely love this Starbucks. There is plenty of patio and outdoor bench seating outside. Some days there are not any people sitting inside. As you walk in, you hear the signature Starbucks music blend and are welcomed by adequate air conditioning. There are plenty of seats too - nice cushioned seats and enough table space to work by yourself. The baristas are kind and welcoming of difficult orders; they also are very aware of registered cards, gold cards, and rewards.
